If you experience four or more of these symptoms and you have preschool age
children, you need a monthly dose of MOPS.

1. You say "bye-bye", "night-night", "boo-boo" and "no - NO!" on a regular basis.

2. You think The Cat in the Hat is a long book. 

3. If you earned a quarter for each load of laundry and a penny for every dirty diaper you would be rich. 

4. You have a stash of snacks in your car and purse just in case someone gets hungry before you get home.

5. You go to McDonald's more than you go to Klinkerdaggers.

6. You have memorized one of Larry's Silly Songs.

7. You write your to-do lists in crayon.

8. You have finger marks on your windows, mirrors and television and they mysteriously reappear within five minutes of washing them off.

9. You've grown accustomed to cold coffee and luke-warm entrées.

10. Your alone time is taking a shower (if you are lucky).

11. You think spit-up is a fashion statement.

12. You go to the potty, not the ladies room.

13. You think six hours of sleep is a good night.

14. You have one or more car seats in your vehicle.

15. You don't leave the house without a diaper bag.
