Berean Bible Church Staff
	Pastor Jim Gay: Senior Minister, began his ministry at Berean Bible Church in the summer of 1979 as both a Christian Education and Youth Minister. After 19 years of service at Berean, he became the senior minister in June of 1998. Prior to joining the staff, he was a school teacher. Pastor Jim graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA. 	Pastor Doug Kessler: Associate Minister of Family and Children's Ministries. Pastor Doug joined the staff in January of 1995. He is a graduate of Grace Bible College, Grand Rapids, MI. Prior to joining the staff, he was a pastor in Alton, Illinois and for eight years worked as a counselor with troubled teens at Alpine Boy's Ranch in Leavenworth, WA. Pastor Doug and his wife Marcia have a son and daughter away at college and an eight-year-old daughter at home keeping them young and involved in the challenges facing families today. 	Pastor Mike Przybylski: Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry (6th through 12th grades). Pastor Mike came on staff in March of 2005. He's been involved with Berean Youth for over a decade, has served as an Elder and has been involved in the music ministry of Berean for many years. He left the secular working world for this position with a background in finance, manufacturing, information systems and project management. Mike brings the perspective of one who has served in the professional working world, as well as someone who came to know the Lord later in life. E-mail Pastor Mike
	Pastor Jonathan Blycker: Pastor of Music Ministries. Pastor Jonathan was raised in Guatemala and Mexico as the son of missionaries. Worship leading and music have always been a part of his life whether it was praising God with his parents and brother, Ben, in a tin-roofed church in the indigenous highlands of Guatemala, playing French horn with the worship team in Mesquite, Texas or singing with the Moody Chorale on international tours. Although he got his music degree from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Pastor Jon claims the most precious thing about his time there was befriending, dating and finally marrying his wife, Blair. They came out to Spokane to begin ministering at Berean in the year 2000. Their three children are Katherine, Robyn and Kenny. E-mail Pastor Jon
	Diane Brown: Church Secretary, began her ministry as Secretary on July 1, 1980. Prior to joining the staff at Berean, Diane attended EWU in Cheney and then worked for Northwest Airlines as a Reservation Sales Agent in Chicago. She has been involved in many ministries in the Church over the years and actively involved in the community in a pro-life organization and as a rape crisis advocate. Diane and her husband Hunter, have two grown children.
